Weather is a cloud head, who has a shining sun on her left and lightning bolts on her right, while also additionally having an extra cloud on her right shoulder. She also wears a long blue shaded dress, with the sleeves drooping down at the end to symbolize the rain, the bottom resembling more clouds and raindrops scattered throughout.
