Ca sĩ Mặt Nạ - The Masked Singer Vietnam is a Vietnamese reality singing competition television series. The series premiered on HTV2-Vie Channel on July 16, 2022. The show features costumed celebrities competing against each other. They sing each week, trying to make it to the finale in which they win the Masked Singer trophy. After the performances in each episode, the singer with the lowest amount of votes is eliminated and their identity is revealed.
The show is hosted by Ngô Kiến Huy, with panelists Trấn Thành, Tóc Tiên, Wowy and Đức Phúc on Season 1, plus Bích Phương for Season 2. There's also 1 or 2 guests panelist every week.
History[]
In 2017, the preceed show that similar to The Masked Singer Vietnam called Mặt nạ ngôi sao (Masked Star), followed King of Masked Singer's Korean format, aired in HTV7 with various panelists and the host was Hoàng Rapper. The winner on that show was Mai Quốc Việt, and the excellent runner-up was Lân Nhã.
