The Masked Singer is a German reality singing competition television series. The show features costumed celebrities competing against each other. They sing each week, trying to make it to the finale, in which they win the Masked Singer trophy. After the performances in each episode, the singer with the lowest amount of votes is eliminated and their identity is revealed.
The show is hosted by Matthias Opdenhövel, with panelists Ruth Moschner, Collien Ulmen-Fernandes and Max Giesinger. In Season 2, Rea Garvey replaced Ulmen-Fernandes and Giesinger. In Season 3, Garvey and Moschner were replaced by Bülent Ceylan and Sonja Zietlow (both of which have participated in the competition as Engel in Season 1 and Hase in Season 2, respectively).

- As of Season 10, there have been a total of 95 contestants on the show (not including the 3 holiday masks).
- The Masked Singer Germany is currently the only version of The Masked Singer Franchise to have its own book, said book entitled: Monsterchens großer Auftritt (Monsterchen's Big Entrance).
