Sumo is a doll-like costume depicting a chubby girl figure. She wears white and red sumo costume that has sakura pattern on it. There is also a round red circle on her face.

- Prior the competition, Lydia and Bee Peerapat, the Winner and the Runner-Up of Season 2, had a duet single together under a special project, Love Maker.
- Lydia described after being unmasked that Sumo was the representation of her family, consisting of her first son, her husband and herself. The appearance of the Sumo was based on the fact that when her son was born, he was chubby. She copied the personality of her husband when interacting with the judges. And she was herself when singing on the stage.
