Spaghetti & Meatballs is based on the titular Italian-American dish. The outfit he wears is a flower-based chef coat, with the pocket containing some noodle strands, red and white checkered sleeves, red gloves, plaid pants, and black shoes.
The mask is entirely made up of spaghetti, as it resembles a mustache, complete with a noodle mouth and smaller mustache, tomato sauce eyebrows, meatball eyes, basil leaves eyelashes, and a red chef's hat.
