Season 3 of the Uruguayan version of ¿Quién es la Máscara? was announced on June 15, 2023 and premiered on June 22, 2023. It concluded on August 31, 2023.

At the start of finale of the second season, the host announced a third season to air a week after the finale, with the same panel consisting of Fabián Delgado, Sofía Rodríguez, Patricia Wolf & Fer Vázquez replacing Emir Abdul Gani as the fourth panelist and the host Maximiliano de la Cruz. A few minutes later, a teaser was shown, alongside three of the new costumes for the season, also announcing a total of 12 costumes and an uncertain amount of guest masks.[1]
