Season 3 of The Masked Singer Brasil premiered on January 22, 2023 and concluded on April 9, 2023.
Production[]
On July 7, 2022, TV Globo announced that the series was renewed for a third season. The recording of the season was scheduled to begin at the end of the same year. The confirmation for a new season was announced on October 27, 2022 in The Masked Singer Brasil's Official Instagram.[1] On November 30, 2022 the official release date for Season 3 was announced to be January 22, 2023, alongside the addition of the new panelist Sabrina Sato. On December 13, it was announced a teaser episode to air on January 15, 2023 before the airing of the actual season, much like it happened on Season 2, alongside the addition of the last new panelist Mateus Solano.
Aposta Secreta[]
Much like other international seasons, the Brazilian version added their own "First Impression Guess" feature on it's third season, now named "Aposta Secreta", which works just as any other version. The panelists will write down their first impression guesses after each of the contestants' first performances and at the end, the panelist with the most correct guesses will receive their own trophy, named "Xagaragundega Trophy" after the vocal noise the host Ivete Sangalo does while any sort of voting happens.
The "Xagaragundega Trophy" was awarded to Sabrina Sato.[2]
