Season 2 of Ca Sĩ Mặt Nạ - The Masked Singer Vietnam (produced by DatVietVAC Group Holdings) was announced on July 19, 2023 and premiered on August 4, 2023. Following the success of Season 1, the new season continues to make a lot of awesome performances, immerses the audience in sublime melodies and bursting emotions when discovering the hidden familiar face behind the voice. The season concluded on December 16, 2023.

The Vietnamese version uses the term "mascot" as a way to call contestants, instead of mask or costume like other countries.
The Vietnamese version uses the term "Đấu sĩ" ("Gladiator") as a way to call wildcard contestants.
The audio version of all the performances in The Masked Singer Vietnam is available on Spotify app.
This is the first time of Vietnamese version that the staffs of the show made the appearance in a performance, playing the role of support characters. For more specific details about the performances:
- Cú Tây Bắc's performance in Episode 7.
This is the second time of Vietnamese version that the newest songs were appeared on the show for the first time. The producer of the show commissioned musicians to compose the newest songs for contestants or the contestants composed themselves. For more specific details about the songs:

- Sứa Thủy Tinh's song in Episode 8, 11.

Nhật Thủy, the guest panelist in Episode 8 is also the true identity of Chuột Cherry - a mascot of this season. This created a unique stir in The Masked Singer Vietnam's history when a contestant who was in the race (had not unmasked at that time) suddenly be a guest panelist.
- Before the Episode 8 where Nhật Thủy being the guest panelist, in Episode 5, there is a new slogan of The Masked Singer Vietnam: "Nhật Thủy - Điểm đến của mọi nhà, đáp án của mọi người." (translated as "Nhật Thủy - Every place's destination, everyone's answer."), created by the panelist Trấn Thành and it became a famous, classic motto of the show. For the reason why, Nhật Thủy is a name that is always mentioned and predicted by both of the panelists and the audiences throughout Season 1 and Season 2, learning about her talent of impersonating other singer's voices.
This is the first season of The Masked Singer Vietnam:
- Where no one in a particular section survives before the Finals, with the Episode 12 marks the complete extinction of the Section C.
- Where the guest panelist in an episode supported for the contestant's performance right in that episode. Specifically, the guest panelist Erik in Episode 13 supported for Ong Bây Bi's performance on the same episode.
- Where the main mascots were also the guest mascots from the previous season. Specifically:
  - Ong Bây Bi was Tiểu Phượng Hoàng.
  - HippoHappy was Nàng Mây.
  - Chuột Cherry was Cô M23.
