Season 1 of the Colombian version of ¿Quién es la Máscara? was announced on December 2020, premiered on October 9, 2021 and concluded on January 23, 2022.
Production[]
Production started on December 2020 on Canal RCN with the announcement of the Colombian version of the ¿Quién es la Máscara? franchise, although due to the COVID-19 and the pandemy situation the season was delayed, finally premiering on October 9, 2021, with a batch of 29 contestants divided in two rounds, where the winners of said rounds would go on a final face off to determine the winner of the season.
The episodes were also sometimes devided into two parts, with there only being either one or two matchups present before going to see who would be eliminated in the episode after.
After the end of the season, Canal RCN never spoke about a second season of ¿Quién es la Máscara?, possibly hinting about the end of the franchise. As of 2023, the situation of the franchise is unknown.
