- The mask was revealed on February 12, 2023.[1]
- Rock Lobster is Ken Jeong's first correct guess of the season. He is also the first correctly guessed contestant of the season.
- Howie is the first America's Got Talent judge to participate on the American version of The Masked Singer. Former judge Mel B participated in the UK version as Seahorse and later participated again in the ES version as Medusa.
- The judges guessed Howie Mandel to be the Broccoli in Season 4. However, he was Paul Anka.
- In 2019, Howie participated in the parody show "The Masked Dancer" as a Pug.
- This makes him one of the few franchise members to appear in more than one version of the show.
