Harlequin is a masked celebrity contestant on the second UK series of The Masked Singer.

Appearance

Harlequin wears a large yellow royal oversized gown with red, gold, and checkered panels, adorned with a gold fringe trim along the hem. The mask is inspired by the Venetian Carnival and is decorated with yellow and orange patterns and gold accents. The mask also has an orange and checkered collar coming out of the back of the mask.

4	"My last performance was very scary, but a lot of fun. What did I think of the panel's guesses? Absolute comedy, ha ha ha. All I can tell you, is you gotta be quick to catch this harlequin. Once upon a time, there was a harlequin, who was fascinated by stories and loved to read. She especially loved to be scared and enjoy tales of horror and gore. But it wasn't just reading books. The harlequin also liked to tell stories of her own. As her work spread all around the world, her stories were heard by many people. And they told her their own stories in return. 5	"In my last performance, I played really nervous to get out there on that stage, but I had a lot of fun. Despite my colorful appearance, the panel still can't help seeing gray. Which means, this clown is still managing to fool them. In my last performance, it felt like I really cleaned up with some of the comments from the panel. I couldn't be happier. But it's not the first time in my life that I have cleaned up. A tidy home makes me very happy indeed. Happy home, happy mind. I love to be at home. You're more likely to catch me there then out partying. Don't get me wrong, I love a festival. You could say that they're 'lit'. That's a word I've picked up lately. 6	"In my last performance, I spun the panel on a dizzy merry-go-round. They're going to have to wait and see who this harlequin really is. They say it's a man's world. Now, I don't know about that. But I did begin my career in a man's suit. Which is maybe, not that surprising. After all, I've stood shoulder to shoulder with dignitaries. I've chatted to world leaders, they've even in all their glory, none of them were a patch on a prince I once met. It knocks me off my feet to think of all the places I've been. Tonight, I'm hoping to dazzle and delight as only a harlequin can.
7	"Each week, I've been moving on up and now I'm here in the semifinal and I couldn't be happier. The Masked Singer really has been one big fairground ride and I've loved every moment of it. I think it's important to make a good impression. Rumor has it, someone I admire very much used to do impressions of me. They do say 'imitation is a sincerest form of flattery'. And it makes me proud to inspire others. But if we're really talking about pride, it's the accomplishment of others that makes me most proud. I'm certainly not worth shy. Though I admit, I only like to work three months of the year, ha ha ha ha. Tonight, I'm going to give it my best and who knows? Maybe this harlequin will see you in the final."
