The Masked Singer Wiki

Fox is a masked celebrity contestant on the second US season of The Masked Singer.

Fox looks to be heavily inspired by steampunk. His head resembles an actual fox's head, the right side of his face being mechanical with gold metal, suggesting the idea that he might be cyborg-like. His right eye also shines a flashing light, which is either red or gold during different times. He wears a black top hat on his head with a tawny-colored leather shape in the middle of it. He also has a nose ring that is a circle with an X through it.

In "Two Masks Take It Off: Holiday Semi-Finals", Fox had holly berry on his right shoulder and on the left side on his hat.

3 "Are you ready for a bedtime story, little one? All right, here we go. Chapter 1. Foxes are clever and nocturnal, and I definitely do my best work at night. I dabbled in many different genres, from Doogie to Doubtfire. I'd laugh with them all. Over the years, I've lived two different lives. There's my on-air superhero persona, who lives to entertain, and then there's the real me, who I am when I'm at home. But under this mask, my two identities can finally become one. Wish me luck tonight, little fox."
5 "My little one, you wouldn't believe how incredible it felt to be loved on that stage. Let's just say I didn't always fit in. I grew up in a rough patch of the woods. The other fox cubs weren't so nice. And that did a strange thing to my bark. I found that if I pretend to sound like other foxes, my bark was fixed. Shazam, fast and furious, I transformed into an undercover super fox. But even with all the success, I never felt like the applause was for the real me until I put on this mask. Finally having confidence in my true voice again makes me feel like I've made it."
6 "The love I've received these past few weeks, has let a whole new side of myself shine. I'm always dreaming about entertaining people on tour. In my 30-year career, I've accomplished many things in pursuit of this dream. I've won multiple awards and become a household name. But I'm mostly known for being part of a pack of talented fellows, not my voice alone. So tonight, with this mask on, I'm gonna prove that I'm a superhero all by myself. Because this fox is one in a million."
8 "I've been trying to outfox this panel all season. But they're hot on my tail. So I've gotta be clever if I want to make it to the end. Have I ever told you why I decided to become 'the Fox', little one? They're cunning and strong, and yet, oftentimes, underestimated. I've felt that way a lot in my career. But with this mask on, I finally feel the world sees me the way you always have, like a true, blue, superhero. So with the golden mask in sight, I'm stripping things down tonight. No more fancy dance moves. Just my voice alone."
9 "We need to talk. And it's kind of a big deal. Listen. It's not you. It's me. I'm feeling like I…I want to get away. I want to fly away. Because I'm finally being accepted for who I really am. Who would've thought it would take a singing competition to open my eyes? I've learned I don't need to put on my superhero disguise anymore. It's time to close this chapter and move on. Through this mask, I feel unchained! And now, I'm ready to prove I can win this whole thing without you."
9 "Performing as a character based strictly on my voice rather than who I am is a joy that I don't think I've had in over 20 years. The anonymity that the mask gives you is so freeing. It's a chance to prove to myself and to the people who don't know that I'm not to be slept on as a vocalist. Making it to the semifinals is the greatest gift I've gotten in a long time. It's been the glue that has connected all the parts of my career and given me a sense of wholeness I've never had before. This mask has been the great equalizer for me. And I've come too far to take if off now."
10 "All right, little one. Chapter 7: Fairy Tale Ending. I've loved singing and dancing my tail off every week. Now, for this final performance, I have one mission, to win. No matter what I do, I try to make sure that I'm the most prepared person in the room. I'm obsessing over every detail, every dance move, every kick ball change, every jazz hand, all of it. Winning will allow me to showcase my skills as a singer and finally write my own story. I am so grateful. And I think I'm gonna make Mr. Fox my friend for the rest of my life."
