Week Clue
"What's up, everyone? Welcome to my ZooTube channel. Bird's the word. Where I'm going to tell you the real story of becoming a flamingo. I'm going to let you in on all my tips and tricks from beauty to fashion to life advice. Listen, I know what it's like to feel trapped in your career. So I left. Now, I'm here to take back control of my destiny. It's why I chose 'the Flamingo'. Because they represent new beginnings. It's about damn time this bad-ass birdie got to show her feathers again."
"Hi, my little flock stars. It's your chica Flam-Flam! Being here has been so dope. It reminds me of when I first started out. And went from hood rat to Hollywood triple threat. I come from humble beginnings with absolutely zero connections until one day, I was discovered by a powerful wizard who plucked me off my stoop and lead me into a dream. After years of highs and lows, it's been a while since I've felt that same passion. But being here, I feel like I can do anything. And tonight, I'm gonna shake up this competition with a song that will prove this bird can move."
"After my last performance, I realized that being 'the Flamingo' is one of the greatest opportunities of my life. Mira, the real truth is my story is not all fantasy. See, years ago, I started hating the sound of my own voice, and being on stage became one of my biggest fears. But now, as 'the Flamingo', when I hear I've done a good job, I'm re-learning how to say thank you. And I'm reminded that I can do it all. I've danced, sung, and acted my way to the top. So tonight, it's going to just be me and my voice. And I'm finally OK with that. Thank you for helping me see that this bird is anything but basic."
"After weeks of my nerves getting the best of me, I feel like things are starting to click. I'm so happy, I feel like I'm living in a fantasy. Welcome to my beautiful home I like to call my chateau. Where today, I'm soaking up all the incredible things the panel have said about me. I'm realizing this experience is teaching me to love my own voice for the first time in years. And ay dios mio, can I be straight up? I'm finally finding my center. And now, with my newfound confidence, tonight I'm throwing the biggest party this stage has ever seen."
"Honestly, I can't believe I've flown this high in the competition. Who would have thought when I was a little girl sitting up in my room with California dreams that I would end up here. First I went from clueless to celebrated. And then I mingled with other flamingos and it was like a different world. My flam-fam are like my sisters, sister. But against these other species, I gotta step up. Because this flamingo wants to keep flying. You feelin' me?"
"Last night, when I found out I was in the semifinals, I was hysterically crying inside of my mask. I know it sounds crazy, but I was just so proud of myself. I loved nothing more than singing in my church choir growing up. But it was always just a hobby. And I was afraid I'd fail if I took it any further. Making it this far is proof I didn't fail. Holidays are my favorite time of the year because I get to be with the people I care about, the people who believed in my talent, even when I didn't. All I want for Christmas this year is to make them proud. So, with a little sass and a lot of tail-feather, this bedazzled beak is going to win that golden mask."
"When I first got here, I was so nervous to sing in front of anybody. It's been such an emotional journey, performing in front of panelists that I idolize as entertainers. Just hearing their words of encouragement every single week, I've been able to break out of the box that I put myself in. This competition has paved the way for huge life changes for me. I want to make the most of every second I have left on that stage. This mask may be coming off tonight, but 'Flamingo' will always and forever be a part of me."
