Elephant looks like a futuristic video game character. His head is multifaceted black with bright orange tusks and eyes as well as orange trim on his ears and wears a black jumpsuit with orange and light gray accents. He wears black sneakers over gray socks.

- The mask was first revealed through the Xfinity Voice Remote on January 30, 2020[1][2] before officially being revealed on January 31, 2020.[3][4]
- The mask was showcased along with T-Rex at the Natural History Museum of LA on February 1, 2020.[5][6][7]
- After being unmasked, Hawk stated that the his song choice came from the fact that "Friday, I'm In Love" was the first dance song at his wedding.
- In the concept art, the orange lines and tusks on the Elephant costume were originally green.
