Sao-Noi Tok-Nam literally means "Young Lady Falling into Water" is based on the carnival attraction where you throw a ball at a target to have someone fall in water.
As a costume, Dunk Tank depicts a smiling girl with curly pigtails. She wear neon green blouse decorated by neon pink bows. She also has a a glittered pink round target on her head. Her skirt is a water tank with water splashes.
