- The mask was first teased in a preview on January 13, 2023[1] alongside Gargoyle, Mustang, Jackalope, and California Roll, before officially being revealed on February 12, 2023[2] along Gargoyle, Mustang, Fairy and Axolotl.
- Dandelion is the fifth contestant to play a musical instrument, following the Banana, the Banana portion of Banana Split, McTerrier, and Jacket Potato. Like the Bananas, she also played the piano.
