Cún Tóc Lô (Translated as Pup in Hair Rollers) is a masked celebrity contestant on the second Vietnamese season of The Masked Singer Vietnam.
Appearance[]
Cún Tóc Lô is a white poodle who is said to be a fashionista (just like Báo Mắt Biếc), having pink eyelashes and multi-size hair rollers on the top of her head. Her ensemble consists of a red sequined strap dress, a long white fur coat and magenta gloves. She also has multi-strand pearl necklaces around her neck.
Costume 2: After the Round 2, her clothing style is changed into the punk rock fashion with a new different outfit. She wears a long studded leather jacket which covered her legs, having spikes grow on both sides of the jacket. Along with that, she also wears cat-eyed sunglasses, as well as pearl necklaces, pearl earrings and studded collar on two sides of her dog ears.
Costume 3: After the Round 3, she unbuttoned her studded leather jacket, showing the red sequined strap dress that she wore in the first two round. There is also a teardrop that attached to one side of her cheeks, as it's a ornament sticker.
Costume 4: After the Round 4, her dress is bedecked with new garments, inspired by Marilyn Monroe's outfit. Her ensemble consists of a red sequined strap dress just like the outfit in the previous round, with a long silk skirt that wrapped off-the-shoulder sleeves and a large ribbon at the back of the dress. She also wears neon pink gloves decorated with silver jewelry and cat-eyed sunglasses just like after the Round 3. Noticeably, at the top of her mask is a pink feather headdress, and her multi-strand pearl necklaces are changed to a chain of brighter silver necklaces.

- Ngọc Anh is a former leader of the Tam Ca 3A (Trio 3A Band) and a childhood memory of the younger generation, even a school memory of their parents. Her luxurious, resonant voice, which can flexibly switch between deep and sparkling, has conquered many audience. Her unmask was also the part where the panelists asked to listen to the most breaktime songs ever before the unmasked song, and indeed, everyone was immersed in each word she sang. Ngọc Anh is very grateful that The Masked Singer gave her the opportunity to return to Vietnam after more than 20 years of working abroad, to relive a glorious time with lots of love from the audience, and to show things that she has never done. Besides, she was very surprised to witness talented young artists and the huge development of the Vietnamese music industry in recent times. The audience commented that her unmasked song sounded so classy and trendy that they couldn't believe it was a song that was released 23 years ago, and people who didn't know her before also wanted to hear her sing more, which makes Ngọc Anh very emotional.
